Eighty three women went to battle for the Woodie’s DIY Master’s Cross Country Championships of Ireland, held over 4k in Gransha Park, Derry on Sunday. Helen became the All Ireland champion in the F3 category after an inspirational display of from the gun. Helen, who came seventh in the overall field, steered our team to 5th out of 13 clubs. Well done to all four women running, and particularly to Anna for making the huge step up from Meet & Train to this very competitive level.
